Best 2nd lien provider in the game, they were quick to close and super professional
If you are a small business owner don't bother. I wanted to get a second lien to pay off credit cards but these people have no common sense or imagination. They can't figure out that rental income is actually more than what I report on my taxes because there are expenses associated with rental property such as the loan payment on real estate.
