BE AWARE when you go to this bank- They start out friendly and helpful and well they end up screwing you over and prey on the elderly - my father had an account and has been with IBC off and on for 10 yrs and well he was trying to close his acct. they refused to close it but TOOK his Debit card so "He wasn't tempted to use it" which he hadn't used it , because he knew he didnt have any money in the bank, they told him he only had one certain amount of money when they were literally keeping almost $50 of his in the acct. for ... read more
