I visited this bank recently and, unfortunately, had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever encountered. The teller, wearing a blue and yellow Goodyear jacket, displayed a shockingly pompous attitude. Instead of providing courteous and professional assistance, her demeanor was dismissive and unhelpful, making the entire interaction unnecessarily frustrating. Audrey was amazing at helping me set up my first bank account! She explained everything well and gave me her contact info if I had any questions. I would recommend to anyone looking for a bank.
