I just wanted to share that I’m in a mommy’s group on Facebook and Dr.Ibay was recommended by multiple mommies in the group. The office was always clean, the staff is welcoming and the doctor is great! He listened to every concern I had and made me feel heard.
Great bedside manner, very sweet, professional, understanding and listens to all your concerns!!!
I have been seeing dr Anthony Ibay for 13 years and he such a great doctor which is why you can’t get appointments with him for months or the following year unless you are pregnant or something major. But the front desk staff the ladies are so rude they hang up on you after your hold for 15 mins. Very unprofessional they also like to tell you how many dr appointments you have missed and have attitude when saying it.
I really hate to rate Dr Ibay with only 3 stars because he’s a great Dr! Been going to him for over 5 years, and I’ve had the luxury of working along side him at Sunrise hospital but his front office girls are beyond unprofessional. If they’re not picking up the phone just to hang it up they’re leaving you on hold for unreasonable amount of time over 15 minutes I waited to no avail. I really hope he acquires a new group of ladies at the front desk
