DO NOT GO THERE!!! I understand if you are referred to a doctor and you need a referral letter from your primary care doctor that is usually how it works now. I know they need paper work and they also need to make sure they have the correct paperwork for insurance presupposes too. So when I went to make my appointment a month ago to see Dr. Ibarrola at 8:15am morning appointment they advised me that the referral they verified a month ago was the incorrect. So, the front desk staff were no help
VERY Rude! He had a condescending tone the whole time that he spoke to me. Did not allow me to speak. Did not properly explain the procedure to me. Had to do outside research to make my decision. Reminds me of Dr. Strange. Very arrogant. Scheduling was a pain also. I had to contact to make the appointment for my procedure 3 days after the consult.
This will be my 3rd surgery with Dr Ibarrola over the years. Ive trusted him with my life each time. I had an apointment today and he was fine very kind, and polite, explained the procedure. I'd recommend him to my family and friends. He's very professional and has experience in so many procedures.
The staff as well as the doctor lacked patience and manners. I was very disappointed. As a patient I expect quality care and respect. Doctor Ibarrola was very rude and had an attitude. He didn't let me talk and kept rolling his eyes. I wouldn't recommend him to any family or friend.
Great bedside manner and extremely caring. I am a local dr and would recommend him to my patients, family , and friends.
Dr is awesome, altho offcie staff is lacking in people skills ! Trying to get my son's surgery and his preop and contrast CT scan has been a lil challenging. Had CT scan scheduled just to have it cancelled because we were supposed to know it needs to be through his primary. REALLY ! Please be more informative with your scheduling. And we are 2 hours away. Why didn't they do all this? I thought Dr office is supposed to handle all these appts. Now stress from his up coming surgery, and now this !
