I did my homework on this, and got 6 other estimates. Jesse Ibarra was my first, and he was my choice. He had the best price, as well as quality work ethic, professionalism, and he went well above and beyond. I would definitely refer him to anyone who wants to rejuvenate their hardwoods. There was no dust issue at all, and the shoe moulding looked bomb. The man saved me a lot of money and was a pleasure to deal with.
I would recommend Ibarras Floor Sanding to anyone. This is an owner operated company and the pride in his work shines through. Ibarras gave us the best price and I have had all the floors in my home refinished by this company. Even after four years of three boys and a dog running through my house the floors still look as good as the day they were done.
