I have every confidence in Dr. Ibarra, she is one of the best old school doctor's relateable and reliable .
This office is so shady, They ask you for the insurance information and everything else and say they're going to call you back because the doctor has to check the insurance, never got a call back so I called today and the doctor asked me for his info again after giving it the other person and I told the doctor that he is needs to be seen, He is in pain and needs to be seen and I told her that it was very unprofessional on how they handle things there and she stated and I quote "LOOK FOR ANOTHER OFFICE I DONT CARE WHAT YOU SA... read more
Had a really great experience with Dr. Ibarra and Cathy initially. Dr. Ibarra will question your other specialty care she has zero knowledge of and never let go of it despite the fact you tell her to drop it. And in the end she wasn't even managing my asthma well either. Also the low key racism made for an easy decision to go somewhere else.
I love my doctor lots of patients.
