Had appointment at 12:30pm and checked in tried to give the receptionist my insurance information and she said to have a seat wait til I got called to give them the information and waited for about 10 minutes someone else came in and after me and they called them before me and I think they need to go in the order you check in not who comes in last. Due to the way this office is doing thing of changing to a different doctor office.
Long waiting times and Dr. Sandra Balanciere is not capable of detecting a simple cold without requesting medical tests that are not necessary. And already with results, she only prescribes Ibuprofen and Tylenol, she doesn't fail. In that case, I stay at home and I don't waste three or four hours of my precious time in that clinic.
