I am sorry as I’ve been with Doctor for a while however lately like others I feel like my concerns are being disregarded primarily by calling and the phone not being picked up 20 times. Im sure everyone that goes here has no other choice. They do not answer phone. Front office Medical Assistant Daisy is the rudest, unprofessional, zero empathy person I have ever met and I've met a lot of people. The Dr allowing someone like that be the 1st person you have to talk to truly says a lot about the office and Doctor. I have had issues 2 months in a row with getting my dad diabetic prescription/supplies prescribed. He has gone with out more then he has had prescription/supplies over the last 3 months. This Doctor is very incompetent. 2 months in a row, I have the same issue with her renewing my dad's diabetic suppiles. Everyone acts like you're bothering them when you're double-checking so there's no issue. Then bam same issue. So anther month going a couple days with no supplies.
Horrible service is a freaking mission to get someone on the phone. Ive called about 10 times and left voicemails. No-one has got back to me.
It's terrible here. Very unprofessional. And misdiagnosed me. I had to go to urgent care to get antibiotics. My son is still waiting on a physical letter that he had over 3 weeks ago. Trust me don't waste your time!!!!
