Im sure everyone that goes here has no other choice. They do not answer phone. Front office Medical Assistant Daisy is the rudest, unprofessional, zero empathy person I have ever met and I've met a lot of people. The Dr allowing someone like that be the 1st person you have to talk to truly says a lot about the office and Doctor. This Doctor is very incompetent. 2 months in a row, I have the same issue with her renewing my dad's diabetic suppiles. Everyone acts like you're bothering them when you're double-checking so there's no issue. Then bam same issue. So anther month going a couple days with no supplies.
Horrible service is a freaking mission to get someone on the phone. Ive called about 10 times and left voicemails. No-one has got back to me.
It's terrible here. Very unprofessional. And misdiagnosed me. I had to go to urgent care to get antibiotics. My son is still waiting on a physical letter that he had over 3 weeks ago. Trust me don't waste your time!!!!
I was desperate looking for a provider that would accept new patients and ended up at this place. I thought it would be fine despite the low reviews but truthfully, this Doctor DOES NOT care for your wellbeing or for any additional concerns you pose.
