Camera moves when we arent trying to move it. Numerous reports of them being hacked. Company doesn't care. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
We have been through 2 monitors. We bought the first and it notorious for losing connection so we had an exchange and the new monitor they sent us will not connect at all. We were assured that if we were not satisfied we would get our money back and of course now they are no where to be reached. This is a very dishonest company with wretched products. *our internet speed is 250mgb and we have a nighthawk router so internet is not the issue*
