My baby passed out at work and she was taking to this hospital she sat for 3 hours hadn't been seen name hadn't been called I called up there twice I spoke to her house supervisor they did nothing at all rule kept telling her that they was going to call the day was going to call the day never called her their customer service is trash no wonder why has bad reviews they need to shut it down I get a whole new crew then the lady told me that people been waiting there 43 hours you should never tell anyone that cuz that's ridicul... read more
Magda and Maria who did my X-Rays are so kind and expedient! If I ever break a bone again in the future I hope it is these two that are in charge of handling my X-rays! I vote they get a raise!
I delivered my son here last year. The front staff that assisted me that night was nice, the staff that assisted me right before my son was born was wonderful especially the nurse who helped me with my delivery which was an Hispanic woman. Some of the staff I dealt with after I had my son was HORRIBLE. I’d like to take this opportunity to thank San Antonio Hospital outpatient and x-ray department for a nice experience. Once I signed in to the kiosk, it took only a few minutes before Palma’s warm greeting directed me to the outpatient desk to complete my medical information. Then the CT tech, Joanne escorted me back to the X-ray dept. She explained in detail how this scan would work, and really appreciate that. Both staff members were respectful and courteous.
Absolutely the worst hospital experience I've ever had. I waited over 8 hours in pain only to be treated like my concerns didn't matter. I've been dealing with symptoms for two months, and instead of getting answers, I felt completely dismissed. The doctor never even properly discharged me. There was no conversation, no explanation, no opportunity to ask questions. I was handed paperwork and expected to figure everything out on my own.
