Everyone was friendly. Car price was good. They sent the glass company to our house.
Experience was better than expected from a used car dealership off Broadway. The manager worked with us on our down payment and went above and beyond customer service when the clutch went out 3 hrs after driving it off the lot. He paid for it and gave us a loaner vehicle for the mean time. Super respectful staff and willing to work with customers in these economic times.
I would give 0 stars if possible. Straight scammers. First off sold me a truck that both the engine and transmission were toast within days of buying it. On top of that during purchase I had my 200$ speaker stolen from the truck, they also promised they would have some work done on the truck as part of the deal, the work had to immediately be redone which was 1900$, part of the deal as well was a new painted bumper, took them over a month to fulfill that promise due to lack of communication, just to find out it was neither a... read more
If you’re tired of the typical pushy car lot vibe, go see Demetrius at iAuto LLC. He was the total opposite of every other dealership experience I’ve had. Straight up, respectful, and never once tried to pressure me into anything. What stood out the most was how he followed through on everything he said — rare in this industry. He even went the extra mile to take care of a couple of scratches on the vehicle without me having to ask twice. That kind of integrity and follow-through is worth recognizing.
I am very happy with John and Demetrius. They found me a vehicle and I am happy.
