Another VICTIM of IAUTO- RUN FROM IAUTO THEY PREY ON EVERYONE. They tell you anything for a sale. They BAIT AND SWITCH. Report them to the ATTORNEY GENERAL OF OHIO! Their salesman Q convinced me it was best to put a deposit down to hold a vehicle that way I could come test drive it, when I got there to test drive it he had me sign a paper to do a test drive and then later said he misunderstood me and had to ride with me during the test drive. Within 3 mins of driving the car I knew it didn’t sound right and something wasn’t ok. They then had their “mechanic” look at it and said the nosies I was hearing were from it being cold.
