Used him for a roadworthy on our caravan, knocked back because number plate and taillights were 50mm too high although this was how it was manufactured, been told by many since that it should have passed , not friendly or helpful.
I recently purchased a caravan that came with a Safety Certificate pepared by Mr Ian Reynolds. When I took the van home I arranged a service by my mobile caravan mechanic who took wheels off and then came in to say we had bad news. According to my tech, there were no effective brakes. He said it should never have passed a Safety Certificate inspection, although it had done so some 5 days earlier.
