My mother needed winter tires mounted and balanced and they installed the tires very quickly and informed me on needing brakes in the near future. The receptionist and both the mechanics are very friendly and knowledgeable people. Highly recommend ians auto.
Very disappointed with my service. They refused to check the fuse of my seat warmer. They couldnt find the problem with my heater, which was the entire reason for my visit. I was told one part needed replacing on my side door and was quoted a price higher than I intended on paying but agreed. I took my Scion TC for a re-occurring rear brake problem. I took it 3 times for the same rear brake problem within 2.5 years. The problem was that both rear brake calipers on both left and right side kept seizing. Luckily i didn't give up on Ian's Auto and kept coming back until they resolved the problem. A dishonest shop would have kept charging me for a re-occurring problem. But nope, Ian's Auto took the initiative and not charge me for parts and labour for the 2nd and 3rd time. Aug 2025 My boss, Moreno, had a frustrating start to summer when the air conditioning in his Hyundai Tucson gave out. He took it to Ian's Auto, where they promptly refilled the coolant. Unfortunately, the issue returned within a week. But here's where the service truly shined. Moreno brought the car back, and Tien—the owner—personally inspected it on the spot.
