Such a bad place with a bunch of horribly rude and unprofessional grumpy women as the staff! They make up unfair excuses to cancel your appointment. If you refuse ‘extra’ services like sealants or unnecessary X-rays they’d rather reschedule you because no extra services means less money for them and they want the patient whom they can get more $$$ from. Pathetic! We definitely stopped going there.
Dr Ianessa and staff had been inconsiderate and disrespectful with me and mine, then had the nerve to "cancel" me as a patient (boo hoo) for submitting an unfavorable google review, rather than apologizing and attempting to improve her image as a professional. Unfortunately for that office, I have a really big mouth (lol)
