I do not have any problem with the doctor but front desk ppl who answer the phone are very rude and disrespectful, the technical support can only give stress and no help what so ever! There is no way to reach out the doc through this people and telehealth. Ppl need to learn how to deal with customers. Service leaves much to be desired. When I asked the name of the secretary to tell me the name - she hanged up the phone on me. Terrible !
He is amazing his staff are all wonderful
Dr Tattersall and his staff are AMAZING! They were able to squeeze me in for an appointment that was 2 weeks later than I was originally told on the phone by my doctor. He was extremely knowledgeable and I left with zero anxiety. I would recommend him to everyone and anyone! His office manager was so nice and kind!!!!
Dr. Tattersall is the BEST dermatologist I've ever come across. If I could give him 10 stars I would. He is beyond kind and caring -- he makes you feel like everything you are experiencing is important. He has a solution for any issue you come in with, even if it's something minor. He is extremely smart, very knowledgable, and clearly an expert in his field. He collaborates well with other specialists. I couldn't be more grateful for his work. If you're looking for the best, look no further. Thank you Dr. Tattersall!
