This is the second time that I've used Chatsworth Discount Air Service. Once again they proved they are courteous, professional & very knowledgeable in this profession. They've been very punctual and reliable. In a state where there are many cooling companies you wont be disappointed using this company. The tech.(Kensy) was very polite and completely examined the A/C unit from top to bottom to get it running tip/top again.
Technician was very professional. He did an excellent job and explained in details every step. I will definitely recommend not only the company but the tech Jose Espinal. Thumbs up for him and the company.
Ervin was great! He was respectful and knowledgeable at diagnosis of my problem. He explained everything to me he was doing very honest with me about cost and solutions. I will use them again for sure.
Orlando did a great job explaining to me what needed to be fixed (and why). He showed up on time, called in advance and was quite professional. I will certainly use Chatsworth Discount Air Service next time I need maintenance on my AC unit
Our AC failed for no apparent reason. We have used Chatsworth Discount Air Service before so we called them again. We obtained our appointment and our technician arrived. As Chatsworth Discount Air Service maintains our system they are familiar with our components. He id’d the failed part through his knowledge and experience. Replaced the part, tested our equipment, surveyed our system, and declared it worthy (Lol) to again cool our house!
