Ian has been great to work with. He got his client through the house quickly and easily for both his client and us. He worked with us to make it easy (we have 3kids and dog) and was extremely flexible and professional! He communicated well and kept us informed through the entire process which made things less stressful. I would recommend him to anyone looking to sell or buy. Thanks for all the help and getting our house sold in a week!!

Ian Szabo got the job done in 20 days. Thank God we found him. He's the BEST in the business. Ian worked incredibly hard for us from the first minute. He got us relisted and sold in one HELL of a difficult market (after 10 months with another agent that got us nowhere). We actually found Ian via a buddy who listed and sold with Ian in... 6 days. Follow his sage advice and get sold, that's all I can say! He really impressed us and has a big heart!

For people who say selling your house can be a stressful and sometimes an emotional roller-coaster, you clearly had the wrong person in charge . Ian made it look quite simple. Him and his team had our house perfectly priced that we were able to accept above asking price In literally hours after hitting the market ... Definitely goes above and beyond and makes sure that you are thoroughly comfortable every step of the way .. 5 STARS ACROSS THE BOARD !!

Ian & his team are amazing! We definitely didn't feel like just clients with Ian. He walked us through every step of the way with patience, kindness & non stop support.
