My provider is wonderful. BUT… Getting efficiently in touch with my providers and any Summit Health/Westmed office is absolutely awful. Please, please eliminate the call center and allow people to contact their doctors’ offices directly. What happens more often than not is we will leave a message and a call is eventually returned. But then, sometimes, that call was missed, and the whole cycle starts again, sometimes lasting days. I often think it is better to just drive over to speak to someone.
