Ian is amazing and was great to deal with in the office however bus Law clerk named RICKY is one of the rudest people I have ever met . I work in customer service and he needs a lesson in people skills . He has outright insulted me in the office and over the phone and when you ask questions being a person that has never sold a house before he is annoyed and almost always rude when you ask him anything acting as if I should know the process.
