Drs. Phillips, Holmes, and the nurses who cared for me were simply the finest...friendly and supremely professional. They truly care...Thank you all.
Excellent. Doctor explained upcoming procedure very thoroughly. He answered any questions we had.
Dr. Holmes was nice enough but the clinic messed up my esophagram appointment. The discharge nurse sat with me & instructed me to wait a couple days and then call the Imaging lab at Mt. Hood. After waiting a couple of days, I called & they had never heard of me. After contacting the Dr. Holmes office, they told me they sent the order to an Imaging lab in Portland. They want me to just go to that one instead but it is way out of the way for me. Kind of disappointing.
Did a virtual visit and it was simple and quick.
