I went to Dr. Schermer multiple times in the last years with concerning and painful symptoms. No course of action was taken. I now have a potential life-threatening condition. I have been with Dr Schermer for some years now. I have to say he is the best primary I could ask for.! Dr and his staff listen and are always good about referrals for specialists! I wouldn’t trade for anything!
This doctor used to be one of the best. But in recent years, this unfortunately isn't true at all. My brother saw him about his stomach issues for over a year, and was told to cut back on his coffee. He died from stomach cancer two years later. I saw him because I was showing signs of heart trouble, such as swollen ankles, shortness of breath, etc. He told me to go home and elevate my legs. I ended up in the ER, and was told I was in heart failure. I suspect that the clinic retains him because no patients are complaining.
