He is a wonderful dr. Those who say he is not it must be because of them because he is the most caring understanding selfless man. He goes above and beyond in his work. Im not a top priority patient i dont have a diagnosis of what he normally sees paitents for but he is still very caring and wants to help. I wouldn't want another dr.
I believe Ian Gilson does not listen to his patients when they are trying to tell him something that is very important in there lives that is happening right at that time He cuts the patient off when they are trying to tell him something very important.Dependancy is very real and he is so quick to take the patient off there medications than to work with there addiction.He needs to look at the patient as a human being and not an object of non importance.I think his approach to the people with addictions needs to be very much ... read more
