DR. GAO and his entire staff are well organized, professional, and very patient focused. Dr. GAO thoroughly explained every detail related to my knee injury. He explained treatment options and how the cortisone shot he gave me should impact the injured area. He further explained an MRI would be the next step if cortisone was not successful. I am writing this review approximately 30 hours after receiving the cortisone shot and it has already had a positive effect on my knee injury. Thank you DR. GAO.
Dr. Gao has a fantastic bedside manner. He explained my MRI and X-ray very well. He was very thorough and kind.
I was given recommendations about solutions to my problem, and made the decision to go with one of the recommendations. I hope this will resolve my problems, especially with the suggested physical therapy. The only complaint I have is that the restrooms in the waiting area are always unclean. That needs to be addressed.
Dr Gao did a great job on the injection in my knee. In and out in 10 min.
Wonderful outcome to months of pain. Just wish it hadn’t taken so long to fix this. No one’s fault except insurance I guess. Wonderful office staff, prompt scheduling, follow up after ward. Highly recommend.
