Great telemedicine bedside manner via NowClinic. He took time to explain my medication and course of action in layman terms which really put me at ease. I’m seriously considering calling his office to see if he’s a primary care provider and accepting patients. Based on one 10 minute virtual visit.
Did a virtual visit. Specifically asked for a referral to get knee x-ray. And I wasn't seeking medical advice. Just a Dr referral so I can show it in imaging center to get xray. He told me cannot do that but can write an order within swm. Then I asked if I don't use the order is there any cost. He said no, it'll just expire and there is no cost.
