I went to see Dr. Ian Chan at 869 57th st #102 location. Everything else was okay, the rest of the staff were actually quite nice, but one person made the whole visit uncomfortable. As soon as I walked in, an overweight woman wearing black and glasses was incredibly rude and rough, both in her tone and behavior. This office's front desk staff and manager are surely something else. They are consistently the most condescending people I've spoken to. Dr. Chan was nice, but I don't want to go through the front desk to be felt less of a person every single time. I will find another provider.

The doctor is very concerned about his patients and very knowledgeable. I have been very happy with his care of my eyesight. He is very responsive and pleasant.
