I went to see Dr. Ian Chan at 869 57th st #102 location. Everything else was okay, the rest of the staff were actually quite nice, but one person made the whole visit uncomfortable. As soon as I walked in, an overweight woman wearing black and glasses was incredibly rude and rough, both in her tone and behavior.
