office manager have a bad manner … very rude ! what is the manage level look like the staff absolutely are the same kind
This office's front desk staff and manager are surely something else. They are consistently the most condescending people I've spoken to. Dr. Chan was nice, but I don't want to go through the front desk to be felt less of a person every single time. I will find another provider.
