Dr. Ian Weber, great surgeon. Day of Surgery staff, amazing! His in clinic nursing staff and pa, not good people. I notified the staff 4 times of the physical therapist I’ve used for my hip replacements (it was covered and in network). I wanted to use him for this knee recovery and Webers staff refused to send the paperwork after multiple attempts face to face, in the clinic. Dr Weber was kind, patient and thoroughly explained what was going on with my knee. I feel very confident about proceeding with my surgery with Dr Weber.
I find many people are dismissive of older individuals. Dr Weber is not! He was kind, patient and informative. Consequently, my experience was much easier than I expected. It’s been a year and my knee is great!!
