Thank you Doc Ian Barnes for curing my pain and anxiety with my hand.
Extremely disappointed with the experience. My 8:00 AM appointment was canceled at 7:55 AM, supposedly because the doctor called out sick. By then, I had already spent 30 minutes driving and another 25 minutes searching for parking. To make matters worse, I checked Zocdoc and saw that there were still two appointments available for the same doctor today. Unbelievable and completely unprofessional.
Dr Barnes is very knowledgeable and caring. He really helped me get better Fast. Thank you so much for your kindness and your ability to go out of your way for your patients. I strongly recommend him to everyone who wants to get better.
This office is ridicules, I saw he doctor twice in December and he messed up my prescriptions. The pharmacy and I were trying to contact his office to fix the problem for two days with no response. In order to talk to him or his staff you rare going thru a lengthy process. I wasted my whole day today. It is very unprofessional.
