I was billed for services never performed by this doctor and have received bills for what I was told in-office were preventative care services. Someone else in my family was also billed for something ridiculous. It's also extremely difficult to actually speak to the doctor once results are received... never again.
You need a lot of patience to deal with him
The office admitted me in a timely manner and took my insurance with no problem and didn't require me to put a credit card on file for them to charge whatever and whenever, as many Manhattan offices do. Dr. Barnes didn't rush me, listened attentively to all my concerns and was extremely knowledgeable about all of them. Highly recommended.
Came to see Dr. Barnes because I was having some general malaise and just wasn’t feeling all too well. He was super patient and understanding as I explained why I felt my body was off. Very professional and knowledgeable - I recommend seeing him for your medical issues!
I made an appointment on their website where it said they take Oscar insurance, then when I got here they said they don't take it, please update your website.
