Medication prescribed by the provider was excessive. It was caught by the Pharmacy and returned to the provider who reissued. this was on a Saturday. Subsequent provider on Monday corrected the dosage. Attention to detail was sloppy and resulted in me having to wait 2 additional days for much needed meds.
I was taken in on time, was injected by a professional, as I did not feel the prick. I was happy to learn I could get a COVID booster. Kaiser said I was 4 months shy of my 65th birthday so I was not eligible for one.
I didn’t have to wait very long My ear probably was resolved with excellent care and a prescription. I have a follow up appointment
