Clear, patient, attentive. He ably interviewed me and examined my throat on Zoom. He explained Swedish Edmonds' process precisely. He did his part well. I do have some concerns about downstream follow up. He doesn't mention that the department is very busy, but judging by comments on their website and by the scheduler it's apparent that follow up sleep studies are booked well in advance.
