Terrible experience. Tried telehealth then in person therapy. Was informed I had to partake in two therapy sessions to be referred to a psychiatrist . I had those sessions and was then informed someone will reach out to me . Very unethical practices . The most respect I received was from reception. I filed a grievance and received a call from reception being “checked” and then told I had to complete 3 sessions to be referred for psychiatric help ! Absolutely terrible place.. I scheduled an appointment the day before, got no confirmation, turned out the person typoed my email address. My appointment with a behavioral specialist was scheduled for 4:05, I got no call from them, when I called in, they said to be patient that she would call. That is COMPLETELY unacceptable, I waited an additional 10 minutes for the call and it never came through. I just called and cancelled. I cannot stress this enough, DO NOT go to this place, completely unprofessional.
