I want to give a good review about this iaa branch in Phoenix they’re very helpful and polite. Their services were extraordinary. George and Erica were very helpful and patient they have a good spirit would recommend all my friends and colleagues to this branch. They have a really good attitude, professional skills and grate Customer service.
IT DOESN'T SHOW, so my car was repo from Titlemax to here but its in the back of the building. Upon getting into my vehicle or towing it. THEY BROKE MY KEY HOLDER ABD TOOK.MY GUN OUT!!!! MY CAR. It had to be the repo man. Its registered but they took my tools and web cam they un plugged. 😒 it but my oils were gone. Then getting your vehicle back before you get to it, they make you sign documents before even seeing it. TAKE PICTURES also. They damaged my shocks 😲 by the lifting 🫴 and dropping it. Its all a scam. Our vehicle recently got towed and upon getting it back, things that held sentimental value to my fiancé and I were missing. Worse part is money was stolen from said vehicle. When questioned about it all that was said was “yeah, we’ve let go a lot of people because of that reason”. Nothing else has been done! Very horrific! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!
