First of all, security guard need to be trained how to behave with people who already stressed about their vehicles. Secondly, there were missing parts of my car when i ask security guard he ignored. In fact the guys working in the yard they removing parts from various cars. My car parts were also missing.
It was ok we had to wait a bit for the car idk why it went there and I guess there's a time limit we both are injured and felt we were rush cause the guy came out to take it back while we were taking stuff out.....be more patient specially with ppl that were just in an accident ........
Honestly you guys need to pick it up it's 2025 like why the long wait times to pick up vehicles. I have to wait for almost 1 hour before I can pick up a vehicle. You guys should try to speed it up or Let US pick up the vehicle from lot. Just crazzzy
