such a great customer service always quick and fast bought couple of vehicles and so far then always make things super smooth and simple never gives anyone hard time. when coming here you can bring your vest or take one but you have to return it or buy one for 11 something i don’t really remember the exact price but yes 11 or 12 bucks. thank you IAA for making life less stressful.
First of all, security guard need to be trained how to behave with people who already stressed about their vehicles. Secondly, there were missing parts of my car when i ask security guard he ignored. In fact the guys working in the yard they removing parts from various cars. My car parts were also missing.
