Great experience all around.
Today was already the worst day of my life after losing my mother, and somehow this company still managed to make it worse. I walked in as the first customer of the day and was immediately treated disrespectfully by the bald headed skinny guy at the front desk over something minor about my jacket. Maybe I wasn’t perfectly put together today. Grief does that to people. But the complete lack of compassion and the way I was spoken to was honestly disgusting.
