Rude. They are so rude and unprofessional and emotionless. Carelessly threw all of my things into the trunk probably to get pictures of the car! But they put things that belong to the car into the trash bags my things were shoved into! I wouldn't have taken that and I would have been able to get everything out myself. They told me I couldn't take the matts I bought for my vehicle or the steering wheel cover but they can go through my things without my consent or knowledge?? Crooks! Most unreasonable business I've dealt with. They reject wire payments. Steal extra money with late/storage fees. And then make it impossible to deal with them. They refuse to take money from driver for late fees they caused. And will not release the car. Impossible to deal with! Unreasonable demand that an account holder (who lives in Georgia) come to their office and give them $150 in person.
