Friendly, but unreliable. I needed to sell my car for salvage. They sent out one tow company to pick-up my vehicle and gave them the check, the tow company attempted contact with me and I was unable to text back right away. I asked IAA if I could get my car picked up yet that day. They set up a second tow company, but couldn't retrieve the check from the first. So I'm wasting the rest of the day waiting for three different companies to do one decent thing and call me to tell me no one's coming. Thanks for nothing.
