Staff were friendly and professional.
The staff is very friendly, the paperwork is easy to fill out, and the process is easy. I took my truck in good condition and working, the negative thing is that they stole a part inside the computer and the trailer was never useful when it was put up for auction, and the most they offered us was half of what we asked for, of course!! If the truck is no good... how was it going to be sold at the established price? Recommendation if you want to sell your car that is still useful, do not take it to IAA, they will steal compone... read more
