Love This Place! I'm pretty sure their short handed and their usual forklift operator is down for surgery. So try not to be so hard on Em guys.
There’s only one staff member working here, and I’ve already been waiting for about two hours for my turn. This is unacceptable.
The worst location in West Texas. Zero problem-solving, deplorable service, and a terrible attitude. The forklift operators have an incredible lack of training and common sense, not to mention the attitude that characterizes this place. If you have to go here, be prepared to be very patient, because if they don't seem inclined to work, you'll need a lot of patience.
This auction needs reeducated how to deal to drivers with respect. All IAAs we have visited do side loading but this place doesn’t. This is totally inconvenient for transporters. We asked to put after jeep but this is how they loaded silver corolla on top middle and said they can’t push anymore. This is junk work.
