They cant even find the cars you are looking for half the time. Or it ends up in the non-sale car section. I dont think I have ever found a car anywhere near where it is supposed to be. I waste so much time every time I go to look at a car at this place it is unreal. All because the staff are too uneducated to use a grid plot... A47 car is found in G75 slot. The 1 star is for the reaction of the office staff when I mentioned the difficulty in finding cars at their lot. Feigned surprise. Oh really, i will tell the manager etc... read more
Sandra at the front desk lacked proper customer service skills she tossed my Driver license back to me instead of handing it back to me in a respectable manner. My gas cap cover was also stolen off my vehicle & they denied any responsibility horrible experience from the moment i called & walked in to retrieve my vehicle glad I never have to do business with this place again!
