Today I had to pick up a Grand Caravan, and it turns out IAA doesn't load SUVs, midsize, or large pickup trucks onto trailers, even if they're inoperable, on the sides of the trailers; they have to load them from the back. And what happens when you have another vehicle, also inoperable, already on your trailer? You have to move it somehow, or you won't be able to take the vehicle you came to pick up.
