Great potential to **SAVE MoNeY** once u sift thru the bad choices. But, big advice is to make ur bids on the official IAA website!! Bowling Green IAA is my location w/ great staff! And definitely watch out for separate brokers' websites that will also take bids.
The staff was courteous and helpful as I was there to pick up 2 vehicles to be towed back to Glasgow for local business.
Unprofessional, Racist, and Unhelpful Staff I had a very disappointing experience at this auction due to the behavior of one of the staff members. While the forklift operator was doing his best to help the drivers, another individual, who seemed to be directing him, was extremely unprofessional, lazy, and openly discriminatory. This individual repeatedly caused unnecessary problems for drivers and seemed more interested in making things difficult rather than assisting.
