They do not value your time. Will either cancel your pickup and not notify you or be over 3 hours late on an already 4 hour time block to come get your vehicle. If they are the company in charge of picking up your vehicle good luck.
This company is completely lacking in communication and organization. I called at 2:15 on Thursday to schedule pickup for the date offered which was the following day Friday between 12 & 5pm. They never contacted me to meet them. I call them and was told they do not do same day pickup (I scheduled the day before at 2:15pm). They should have contacted me when they knew they weren't coming. Great potential to **SAVE MoNeY** once u sift thru the bad choices. But, big advice is to make ur bids on the official IAA website!! Bowling Green IAA is my location w/ great staff! And definitely watch out for separate brokers' websites that will also take bids.
