First of all be sure you read the disclaimer they want you to sign before you even get to see your car. You release them of all liability if you were to be hurt or killed and for any of your property that is missing. Now get this part you release them of all liability even if it was to be found that they are at fault for your death. My car was dropped off at this location through my insurance, there was a misunderstanding through my insurance company and I had my car picked up a few days later. I noticed some items missing from my vehicle 😯😡 I spoke to mgmt at IAA he said he would look into it and I have not heard back, it was their responsibility to make sure that my vehicle was locked.
