My car was dropped off at this location through my insurance, there was a misunderstanding through my insurance company and I had my car picked up a few days later. I noticed some items missing from my vehicle 😯😡 I spoke to mgmt at IAA he said he would look into it and I have not heard back, it was their responsibility to make sure that my vehicle was locked. Horrible employees rude you ask them to basically work and fix your non op vehicle and it’s like you’re asking if they could give you their kidney.
