The people in the offices are very nice and friendly. But the forklift operator, the older Latino gentleman, is very rude, arrogant, and in a bad mood all the time. I don't understand why the IAA manager hasn't done anything about him. He's giving the Anaheim auction a bad name. I think the old man's name is Ricardo
I am writing to report a theft involving, the service assigned by my insurance. After my vehicle was towed to their compound, I found that my dash cam, and a brand new jacket was missing. I am advising others to be wary of this provider.

First of all be sure you read the disclaimer they want you to sign before you even get to see your car. You release them of all liability if you were to be hurt or killed and for any of your property that is missing. Now get this part you release them of all liability even if it was to be found that they are at fault for your death.
