The communication and scheduling process felt very disorganized and unprofessional. The appointment was rescheduled the same day it was supposed to happen, and I was asked to guess what day might work instead of being given clear availability. I love having a healthcare provider that listens and genuinely shows concerns and gives feedback. Thank you Jessica Jenkins for providing a space of comfort. I definitely recommend I535 family health care. The office is very clean the music is calming as well.
