I own a wrap company myself and can not believe what I have seen come out of this shop. They sanded and filled holes on a customers vehicle without the customer knowing. Then when the wrap came off.. she discovered the issue. When she was mature about the situation and approched them about corrrecting the issue before she went public. They told her to go away. As a buissnes owner.. you cant watch 100% of the things that go on at your own shop but it is YOUR responsibility to correct the situation the best of your ability. AN... read more

However, Stefani was sent pictures of the work before the wrap was installed and consented to the $75.00 to perform the job to fill her holes. Dont let them touch, rub or even look at your car, shady people running a business with no customers service, these ppl just want your money , do a crappy job and its SOL for you.. and if they screw something up they will not take responsibility of their errors, they ruined a tiguan and wraped over there damages
