Webhosting service has been down for 5 days. Our business website doesnt work and we cant recieve emails
i4 down for two days now with no information? Website is down, our customer's website is down, and no word at all from them. Call them and a recording says "we're aware of an issue", but that's it. Nothing. Horrible communication.
Heather Anderson is awesome! Very responsive and helpful. Brandon is not as responsive and I rarely hear back from him even when he is the one who reaches out in the first place!
