Stay away from this company!! They sold us 4 pair of glasses in July 2023. They were supposed to be fully loaded. They used an inferior transition, does not change as quickly or as well, no anti-glare, and now the company has disappeared yet again. Second time, first from Lancaster in Ottawa and second from Chateau Laurier. No phone numbers work and the SMS they sent me have all disappeared.

Went in for new glasses in December and because of a flyer I got in the mail I was entitles to a free Frame. Decided to also get my new Rx on a pair of sunglasses I already owned so I left them with the store. Haven't heard from them since. They won't return my calls or emails. The store is locked down with some legal notice on the door. Order paid in full and a $700 pair of my glasses left there and I have lost it all. (Thank goodness visa refunded my new order) but still out my personal sunglasses. I'd say don't buy here b... read more
