Called multiple times, no one got back to me; had to go there in person to get a quote on my Toyota. Staff seemed to be exhausted and busy. They don’t accept your parts, especially if you got the aftermarket parts, which is ridiculous, why would I buy an OEM part when it simply won’t meet my heavy-duty off-road rig expectations? I had my diff and limited slip components changed out for better hardware and have been super happy with the results. Unfortunately though, the pinion seal started to leak and I brought the truck back to IWE. They started assessing the cause while i waited and informed me they needed the truck for the day as a new part had failed, without any drama they fixed the truck, called me and said it was ready and no charge. Only reason they got one star is because I had to push something to make a review. Will never deal with this company again. They put in a new rear end in our 79 Bronco. Drove it less than 1500 kms and it went this weekend. Completely destroyed. They are now refusing to warranty anything. I mean come on!!! How professional!! So now we're forced to replace a literal new rear end because of this company obviously making a huge error when they put it in. Thanks a lot IWE!!
