Satisfied with the service! My Xterra was having some strange buzzing noise coming from the drivetrain at highway speed. The crew at IWE did a great job in figuring out what it was and fixing it. She drives smooth and quiet now!

Called multiple times, no one got back to me; had to go there in person to get a quote on my Toyota. Staff seemed to be exhausted and busy. They don’t accept your parts, especially if you got the aftermarket parts, which is ridiculous, why would I buy an OEM part when it simply won’t meet my heavy-duty off-road rig expectations? I had my diff and limited slip components changed out for better hardware and have been super happy with the results. Unfortunately though, the pinion seal started to leak and I brought the truck back to IWE. They started assessing the cause while i waited and informed me they needed the truck for the day as a new part had failed, without any drama they fixed the truck, called me and said it was ready and no charge.
