They arrived right on time! My carpets look so amazing. They got out spots I never thought would come out. The employees were super friendly. The price was very reasonable. We will definitely use them again.
We had an excellent experience with Mr. Vincent and Mr. Ricky coming out to clean some carpeting that was soiled From different things. Some of the spots were left over from past cleaners who were not able to get out the stains. They were able to get everything spotless! I've used I-V-Lee Carpet Cleaning several times now, and I wouldn't trust anyone else with my carpets. Excellent job. Removed spots and treated my home with care and respect. Did not leave the carpet to wet. Cleaned under furniture not just around. The high traffic area looked great. I will be using them from on. They really did an excellent job on the steps.
I-V-Lee Carpet Cleaning is truly a 5 star service provider. Professional, knowledgeable and provided service that exceeded my expectations. The customer service is impeccable and unmatched in this space. No need to go with an overpriced national carpet cleaning brand. I-V-Lee provides high quality results without the super premium price tag. I would absolutely refer and recommend to friends and family.
