I love Dr.Shaw she helped me lower my A1C levels from a 12 to 7.2. She is very kind and listens to what you have to say.
Dr Shaw does not return phone calls in a timely manner. On multiple occasions I was not given my lab results in a timely manner. I also did not receive a reminder appointment call as well. Do to all of these issues, I mentioned that I was going to fill an grievance and was discharged from the clinic. Hopefully I can find a Doctor that truly cares about their patients.
Since Dr Shaw became my Dr I'm doing so much better she's very kind a patient with me and is doing an excellent job !!!!
