Went in there to replace my digitizer on my phone. The man tells me you cant put a new digitizer on without a new LCD. The sucess rate was low he kept saying. Also the digitizer wont seperate from the LCD. So i went home watch a youtube video how to do it and did it myself.100% sucess first time doing it.
The owner and workers here were simply beyond nice to me!! My phone was fixed and looked brand new and perfect within 15 minutes. The store had every phone case imaginable on their walls to look at and buy. They seemed very competent and 100% convinced that they were supplying their customs with the best service they could provide and I could not agree more with them. I am forever grateful for their kindness and fantastic repair!! This is the place to go for iPhone, iPad, etc repairs, I wouldn't recommend anywhere else!!
They overcharge for terrible repairs, assume their customers are lying to them, and are disrespectful to their customers. My husband's iPhone 5s screen was cracked, so he brought it in on Saturday, 6/28/2014 for a repair. He was charged $174.35 for a screen replacement. On Wednesday morning, 7/2/14, he noticed a small crack in the top right region of his screen. The phone was never dropped, hit on anything, or treated roughly since the repair 3 days prior. I'd like to save all of you some time and money. If you have a broken phone or just need something done to it (change color/unlock/etc) you're wasting your time if you go anywhere but here. These guys were incredibly helpful and professional. They were more honest about the process of fixing my phone than I would even expect myself to be in this line of work. Repaired me and my daughter's iPhone 4s for less than the price of a new phone! Did front and back. Looks like it was never dropped. We bought some pretty cool "Who Dat" saints cases too! Thanks Robert!
Excellent service, great prices (around $40.00 less than a competitor nearby for a screen repair). Convenient to LSU and I-10. Great staff, knowledgeable and courteous. Highly recommended.
